Tour
members are deemed to have read, understand &
accepted the following conditions
Booking/Payment
A deposit is required upon booking.
However, deposit received does not constitute
confirmation of the tour. Full payment is required
21 days before departure. No tour booking will be
entertained by phone unless a written fax/note is
given. Failure to comply with this may result in
cancellation of your tour booking and in such an
event, the cancellation fees as stated are payable
by you.

1)
Notification of cancellation of
booking must be made in writing and acknowledged
by the Company to be effective and to avoid
misunderstanding.
2) For tours operated on charter
flight/supplementary flights, additional
cancellation charges may be applicable as advised.
3) For airline tour packages and tours of
other operators like Globus/Cosmos, Kirra Tours,
SIA Ez Holidays, ANA First Choice Holidays,
JALSelect etc, their tour conditions shall apply.
Please ask for their tour conditions.
4) A cancellation of original booking
includes any change (at the request of the
customer) in the tour type or departure date (from
Singapore
). The above cancellation fees may be levied
accordingly.
5) If a booking is cancelled due to the
non-approval of an entry permit/visa by the
relevant authorities/embassies, a full refund of
all monies paid will be made if rejection is made
known in writing to the Company at least 21 days
before departure. If the rejection is made known
less than 21 days before departure, the above
cancellation charges will apply.
Amendment Fees
A handling fee of S$30 per booking will
be charged for each amendment to a confirmed
booking, e.g. change of name of tour member(s),
room type, tour components etc.
The following
administrative charges apply upon issuance of
tickets:
- Change of flight or date before flight
departure ~ S$75/pax will be charged &
passengers must pay any applicable fare difference
that may be incurred.

No show ~ S$150/pax will be charged

Refund on tickets ~ S$75/pax will be
charged
-
Refund on tickets without flight
cancellation ~ both the No show fee & the
refund administrative fee will be charged
Above charges
exclude a handling fee of S$30 per ticket.
Amendment to Return Flight
1)
At times, tour members may request
for a change of date in the return flight. This is
subject to the airlines’ conditions, ticket
validity, additional charges and seats
availability etc. Any such additional charge
imposed by the airlines will be borne by the tour
members.
2)
For every request made regardless of
whether any previous amendment(s) was confirmed by
the airlines or otherwise, there will be a S$30
per person amendment service charge.
3)
Reverting to the original tour
schedule may be difficult once the extension of
stay/deviation has been confirmed.
4)
When extension of stay/deviation
cannot be confirmed, passengers are deemed to be
taking the original tour schedule.
5)
The air ticket for tour package is a
special ticket restricted to the specified airline
only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable,
non-refundable and non-re routable. Any
alternation of the routing or change of date by
passenger is solely at his/her own risk and
expense.
The Company and/or its associated agents shall not
be held responsible for any inconvenience caused
and extra expenses incurred. Transfer to airport
will not be provided.
Cancellation of Tour by Company
The company reserves the right to
decline any booking or, after acceptance of the
booking, to cancel any tour arrangement for any
reason including insufficient tour members and
non-confirmation of arrangement by the various
services suppliers or uncontrollable factors that
do not allow the conduct of a safe tour or the
delivery of services as described in the
itinerary, including acts of God, wars,
transportation or other strikes, civil strikes and
order from the Government of Singapore and/or
other countries.
The Company may, if it so chooses, recommend
alternative tours preferably to the same
destination or other tours to you. Should you
decide not to accept the alternatives; all monies
paid by you will be refunded in full by the
Company without further obligation or liability.
Tour Price includes
Services and facilities included in the
tour prices are detailed in the brochure/flyer
(all tour prices quoted are on cash payment
basis). 3 working days are required for cheque
clearance before any travel documents are issued.

Child Fare
Eligibility: Below 12 years old on the
date of departure from
Singapore
. Child fare is based on sharing a twin room with
two adults. Supplement will apply for a child who
occupies a room with only one adult.
Visa & Passport
It is the responsibility of tour
members to ensure that they have a valid
International Passport or other recognized travel
documents which should be valid for al least 6
months from the date of departure from the last
destination of your itinerary. You must have the
necessary travel document as required by the
various government authorities of the countries to
be visited (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social
visitors pass etc).
The
Company will render assistance in making visa
applications, wherever it deems possible. Service
charges and visa fees will be on tour members’
account. The Company cannot, however, guarantee
the approval of your visa application.
Travel Insurance
You are advised to purchase insurance
coverage with respect to trip/tour
cancellation/curtailment, accidents, injury,
illness, medical/hospitalization, flight delay and
baggage loss etc. If you have not bought travel
insurance from the Company, it will be deemed that
you have opted to arrange travel insurance on your
own or you do not wish to have any travel
insurance.
Responsibility & Liability
Scenic Travel Private Limited and its
associated agents act only as agents for the tour
member(s) and the transportation companies, hotel
contractors and other principals involved in this
tour. All air tickets, vouchers and documents
issued are subject to the terms, conditions and
contracts under which such transportation and
other services are provided. They assume no
responsibility for injury, illness, damage,
accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities
that may be caused to person or property.
All
bookings are subject to the usual terms,
conditions and contracts of local ground
operators. The Company reserves the right to alter
or modify time-table, carrier, itineraries and
hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the
interest of tour members or sue to circumstances
over which the operator has no control. If
additional expenses are incurred through delays,
accidents, or disruption of advertised schedule
beyond the control of the operator, such expenses
must be borne by the tour members.
The
Company does not accept any liability in contract
or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay,
additional expenses or inconvenience caused
directly or indirectly by events which are beyond
its control, or which are not preventable by
reasonable diligence on its part including but not
limited to war, civic disturbances, fire, flood,
unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of
government or of any authorities, accidents to or
failure of machines or equipment or industrial
action. The passage contract in use by the
transportation companies or firms concerned shall
constitute the sole contract between the
transportation companies or firms and the
purchasers of the tour and/or passengers.
All
air ticket, coupons and order are furnished and
subject in all respects to those terms and
conditions under which means of transportation or
other service provided thereby, are offer or
supplied by owners, operators, public carriers,
managing agents or agents.
Scenic
Travel Private Limited reserves the right to
require any person to withdraw from the tour if it
deemed that his acts or conduct its offensive to
or incompatible with the comfort of other tour
members and Scenic Travel Private Limited shall be
under no further liability thereafter to any such
person.
All
claims against the Company must be made in writing
within seven days after completion of the tour.
All disputes, if any, will be subject to Singapore
Court Law. The Company will advise, and if needed,
assist you with regards to any claims or
complaints against any party involved in your
tour.
Important Notes
1)
No refund or reduction will be made
for any services, transfers, accommodation, meals
or tours offered but unutilized.
2)
Tour price is subject to change
without notice in the event of sudden fluctuations
in market prices with the increase of airfare,
local taxes or exchange rates during effective
period. We guarantee the tour price upon receipt
of your full payment.
3)
No guide, courier, escort or other
employee or agent of Scenic Travel Private Limited
is authorized to commit the Company to any
liability whatever and the Company will not be
bound by any statement or representation
unless it is in writing and signed by a
General Manager or Director of the Company.
4)
Scenic Travel Private Limited shall
not be held responsible for the deportation or
refusal of entry by immigration authorities of
tour members resulting from the possession of
unlawful items or those holding improper travel
documents or other causes or whose behaviour and
activities are considered as subversive by the
foreign government concerned.
5)
Programme, tour prices, services and
conditions as listed are based on the situation
applicable at the time of publication; therefore
they are subject to change with or without prior
notice.
6)
Tours
will be operated on a seat-in-coach basis, when
and where circumstances deemed it necessary.
Sequence of tours or programmes may be changed for
operational reasons.
